THIS ISN’T
JUST FITNESS.
I built LiVE iT FWD Coaching™ because I was tired of watching women feel like they were failing systems that were never built for real life in the first place.
And truthfully? I’ve been there too.
As a woman in my late 40s — navigating perimenopause, stress, shifting hormones, changing energy, and the realities of life — I understand firsthand how frustrating it can feel when your body no longer responds the way it once did.
I’ve experienced:

"Forward isn’t just a direction.
It’s a decision."

WOMEN ARE TIRED OF:
Starting over every Monday.
Punishing their bodies.
Feeling overwhelmed.
Feeling disconnected.
Feeling like they’re failing.
SO I BUILT SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

Why I started LiVE iT FWD.

People often ask me where the name LiVE iT FWD came from.
Most assume it was created as part of a branding exercise or a business plan, but the truth is much simpler than that. The name was born out of life itself.
More than twenty years ago, my first LLC was called LiVE FiT & Well. Over time, I began using the phrase LiVE iT as a d.b.a., but what started as a business name gradually became something much more personal. It became a phrase that I carried with me through every season of life.
Through the victories, the setbacks, the uncertainty, and the moments when I had no idea what the next step was supposed to be, I found myself returning to those two simple words: LiVE iT.
The phrase became a reminder to be the person I wanted to become rather than simply talking about becoming that person. It challenged me to show up when things felt difficult, to embrace opportunities when they felt scary, and to fully appreciate the moments that were good.
It reminded me that I could not change the past, but I could learn from it. I could reflect on it. I could grow because of it. Most importantly, I could decide how I wanted to move forward.
As the years passed, LiVE iT evolved into LiVE iT FWD. The addition of those three letters represented something significant for me. Forward became more than a direction. It became a decision. Life was never going to be perfect. There would always be challenges, obstacles, mistakes, disappointments, and unexpected turns. However, regardless of what happened, I could choose to continue moving forward.
I often laugh when I talk about this because the reality is that living it forward is not always easy. In fact, there are seasons when it feels incredibly difficult. Life can be messy. It can be overwhelming. It can be beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time. Sometimes all of those things show up within the same week. Yet even during those moments, I continue to come back to the same belief: this life is a gift.
I am grateful for the opportunities I have been given, the lessons I have learned, the people who have crossed my path, and the work I get to do every day.
Over the years, I noticed a common pattern among the women I worked with. So many were caught in an exhausting cycle of starting over. A new diet would promise the answer. A new workout program would offer hope. A new plan would create excitement. For a few weeks everything would feel possible, but eventually life would happen. Work became busy. Family needed attention. Stress increased. Priorities shifted. Before long, the guilt would arrive, followed by frustration, disappointment, and another promise to start again on Monday.
What became clear to me was that these women were not failing because they lacked motivation or discipline. They were failing because they were trying to force themselves into systems that were never designed for real life. Most programs were built around perfection. Real life is not.
That realization became the foundation of LiVE iT FWD Coaching.
I wanted to create something different. I wanted to create a place where women could build strength, improve their nutrition, develop healthier habits, and take care of their overall wellness without shame, guilt, extremes, or unrealistic expectations. I wanted to create a place where progress mattered more than perfection and where women felt supported rather than judged.
As I have grown personally and professionally, I have found myself using the word perfection less and less. The older I get, the more I realize that perfection is not the goal. Growth is the goal. Consistency is the goal. Learning is the goal. Resilience is the goal. Moving forward is the goal.
That philosophy guides everything we do at LiVE iT FWD Coaching. It influences the programs we create, the conversations we have, and the support we provide. It is why I believe so strongly in meeting women where they are rather than where they think they should be.
Every woman has a different story, a different challenge, a different season of life, and a different starting point. My job is not to judge that journey. My job is to understand it, support it, and help her build the confidence and strength to keep moving forward.
LiVE iT FWD is more than a business name.
It is a philosophy that has shaped my life
for more than two decades.

THIS IS A SPACE FOR REAL LIFE.
After more than 25 years in the wellness, strength, and coaching space, I’ve seen it over and over: Women burning themselves out. Starting over every Monday. Punishing their bodies. Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, and stuck.
And most programs only added:
- more pressure
- more restriction
- more guilt
- more unrealistic expectations
"LiVE iT FWD Coaching™ was created for women navigating real life: stress, hormones, motherhood, leadership, changing bodies, burnout, rebuilding confidence, grief, growth, and becoming."
This is strength training, nutrition, wellness, and community designed to support women through every season — not shame them through it. This is a space where women can stop chasing perfection and finally start building:
Because strength shouldn’t feel like punishment.
Wellness shouldn’t require burnout.

WHAT I BELIEVE
Women don’t need more shame.
→ They need support.
Women don’t need extremes.
→ They need structure that fits real life.
Women don’t need another reset.
→ They need systems they can sustain.
Women deserve coaching that sees the whole woman —
→ not just her weight, calories, or before-and-after photo.
Women deserve to feel:
→ strong, supported, capable, connected, empowered in every season of life
